WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Titan Inflatables is committed to delivering the highest quality products and is proud to have one of the most transparent warranty policies in the industry. Our warranty policy is as follows:
Limited Warranty
- We offer a limited warranty for a duration of 1 year (12 months) from the purchase date on all commercial grade products intended for DRY use.
- We offer a limited warranty on all wet/dry and wet-use commercial grade products for a period of one year (12 months) starting from the date of purchase.
- Please note, Titan Inflatables Does Not cover warranties for blowers if included with your product. For any warranty claims concerning blowers, you'll need to reach out directly to the blower manufacturer.
- Games come with a limited warranty of 1 year (12 months) starting from the date of purchase.
- Warranty is given ONLY to the original purchaser of the product.
- Accessories are not covered by warranty.
- No warranty is provided by Titan Inflatables on zippers, netting, mesh, or velcro.
- Digitally printed graphics are not under warranty of any kind. Digitally printed graphics may chip or peel due to the type of ink used in compliance with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations. Inks and laminates used on inflatable products are water-based substances that may not totally adhere to all vinyl surfaces when applied.
- Please note that our products are handmade, which means there might be slight variations in color and craftsmanship. These variations in color are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique character that comes with our handcrafted items.
The purchaser agrees to always utilize stakes and tie-down tethers to ensure the safety of users and equipment. This warranty does not guarantee that the product will remain unaffected by normal wear and tear, handling and storage conditions, or occasional tears and punctures. These repairs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Our warranty does not cover instances of misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, improper usage, and lack of maintenance. It is important to note that using any inflatable product on a hard surface, other than grass and without the use of a tarp, is considered improper usage. Engaging in such improper usage will result in the immediate voiding of the warranty. Furthermore, please be aware that we reserve the right to modify, remove, or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for covering inbound and outbound shipping charges for all warranty cases, including exchanges and returned deliveries. Prior approval from Titan Inflatables is required for any warranty repairs, which should be submitted to our warranty department at Sales@Titaninflatables.com. Please note that repairs conducted without prior approval will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
The repair must be completed within 30 days from the date that the warranty case was created. For safety reasons, the inflatable cannot be used until it has been repaired. In the case of any returns or exchanges of an inflatable product, the exchange or return must be completed within 30 days from the date that the warranty claim was created. The inflatable product must first be shipped back to Titan Inflatables HQ in Murfreesboro, TN.
Once the inflatable passes inspection, the new unit shall be shipped to the customer. Titan Inflatables is not responsible for any lost revenue as a result of a warranty claim issue from a customer. Titan Inflatables is not responsible for replacing an inflatable product with a loaner product during the repair of a product under warranty.
Defects must be apparent and must be reported to Titan Inflatables within the applicable warranty period. Titan Inflatables is only responsible for covering the cost of repairing the inflatable. Titan Inflatables will not compensate for any mileage, loss of time, or revenue due to the repair.
The determination of whether damage to the product is covered by Titan Inflatables limited warranty is in Titan Inflatables sole discretion.
Inspecting Your New Inflatables
Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all new Titan Inflatables products. Promptly after receiving the product(s), customers should notify Titan Inflatables in writing of any damage or visible defects within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Failure to provide written notice within the inspection period will be considered a waiver of the right to reject the products. It will also serve as conclusive proof that the customer received the product(s) in their entirety and without any visible defects.
Terminal Pick Up & Home Delivery
- When collecting a shipment from a terminal location, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully count all the boxes and pallets to ensure they receive the complete order. The same principle applies to home deliveries, where customers must verify that they have received the correct number of boxes and pallets. It is important for customers to document any observed damage to the pallets or boxes. Once the customer signs off and accepts the shipment, they assume responsibility for any missing boxes, pallets, or product damage.
- Customers who are unable to collect their products from the terminal within the designated time frame may incur terminal storage fees. Please note that any storage fees imposed by the terminal will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the scheduled home delivery appointment is missed or cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be charges for re-delivery to your home. Please note that any incurred re-delivery fees will be the customer's responsibility.
3rd Party Retailers
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations for purchases made through 3rd party retailers are not accepted. Please reach out to your retailer for assistance with these matters. If you have purchased a Titan Inflatables product from an affiliated website and encounter any issues that may require warranty service, please contact our customer service department at (833) 289-5867 or email us at Sales@Titaninflatables.com.
Knockoffs
Titan Inflatables will not, under any circumstances, offer a warranty, repair, or return for products that are deemed counterfeit or not purchased from the Titan Inflatables brand.
ALL SALES FINAL
Please note that all purchases are non-refundable and all sales are final. We cannot be held responsible for any products purchased by mistake. In the event of buyer's remorse, a 5% processing fee will be applied to any refund requested. If the order has already been shipped and a refund/cancellation is requested, customers will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee as well as all shipping costs. To qualify for a special circumstance return or exchange, products must be in their original condition as determined by Titan Inflatables.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Titan Inflatables reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
